2. Service-Based Nature

Our services are non-tangible and conducted online via mock interview sessions. Once a session is booked and scheduled, it is considered consumed.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards mock interview sessions are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except in cases mentioned below.

4. Exceptions – Cancellation by Skill Full Mock

If we cancel your scheduled session due to technical or internal reasons, a full refund will be processed or a rescheduled session will be offered.

5. Rescheduling Option

Instead of a refund, users are encouraged to opt for rescheduling. Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the session time.

6. No Show or Late Join

If a candidate fails to join the session or joins late, the session will be considered consumed, and no refund or rescheduling will be applicable.

7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

Refunds, if applicable due to cancellation by Skill Full Mock, will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
